Branched plantain, sand plantain, black psyllium
The natural distribution area of Plantago arenaria is in Europe, Asia and North Africa. It is also said to occur as an introduced species in some North American and South American regions (source). It can grow up to 50 centimetres tall and grows as an annual herbaceous plant.
