Brazilian Red-Cloak, Manto Rojo
The Brazilian Red Cloak (Megaskepasma erythrochlamys) can grow to more than 3 meters in height and is the only species in the genus Megaskepasma. The evergreen shrub or tree is not native to Brazil and is closely related to Fittonia albivenis and other popular houseplants. It is used as an ornamental plant in parks and gardens in tropical and subtropical regions.
