Siberian spurge, Seguier’s spurge
Euphorbia seguieriana is a perennial native to Europe and western Asia, grows up to 40 centimetres tall and can flower from May to October.
As it also tolerates dry locations, it is often used for planting in parks, gardens and occasionally on traffic islands.
