Sea holly
Eryngium ×zabelii is a perennial plant with blue-tinged flower clusters. Depending on the region, the blooming period can last from June through August. It grows to a height of between 50 and 70 centimeters.
Eryngium ×zabelii was created by crossing Eryngium alpinum and Eryngium bourgatii.
Several cultivars are available, differing in height and the intensity of their blue coloration. I cannot say which one (or ones) is (are) shown in the pictures here.
