Choisya × dewitteana “White Dazzler” is an evergreen shrub that can reach a height of up to 1.5 meters and a width of just under one meter. The flowering period extends from April to June (in Central Euorpe), though in some specimens it lasts longer, until August.

This is not a naturally occurring species but a hybrid of Choisya ternata and Choisya dumosa (source).

The variety Choisya × dewitteana “White Dazzler” differs from Choisya ternata in its lanceolate leaflets.

Choisya ternata is native to Mexico and can only grow year-round in gardens in mild climates. It does not tolerate persistent frost or temperatures below 10.4 °F/-12 °C. However, it is also suitable for growing in containers. It prefers a sunny to partially shaded location.
